6.2 Platform Operation. To provide you with access to games and all features of the Platform, process your deposits and withdrawals, record your gaming activity, and resolve any disputes or technical issues that arise.
6.3 Regulatory Compliance. To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, including age verification (21+ requirement), anti-money laundering checks, PAGCOR reporting requirements, and responses to lawful requests from Philippine government authorities.

10.1 Technical Measures. Nurtar implements appropriate technical security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 10.3 Data Breach Response. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, Nurtar will notify the NPC within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay, in accordance with the DPA and NPC Circular No. 16-03.

12.1 Age Restriction. The Nurtar Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Nurtar does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age. The 21-year minimum age requirement is a strict legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
12.2 Discovery of Minor's Data. If Nurtar discovers or is notified that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, Nurtar will immediately suspend the relevant account, delete the personal data in question, and take appropriate steps to prevent recurrence.
