These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Nurtar online gaming platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use Nurtar. This is a strict legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Nurtar verifies age at registration and reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Nurtar account. Creating multiple accounts — whether to circumvent limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or for any other reason — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
All games on Nurtar use certified random number generators. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting tools, or engage in collusion is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
Nurtar is operated exclusively for players physically located in the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is not permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of Nurtar complies with the laws applicable in your location.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. All transactions are in Philippine Peso (₱). Nurtar reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and Nurtar ("Nurtar," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Nurtar online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services made available through the website at nurtar.com and the Nurtar mobile application (collectively , the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or use the Platform in any capacity. This requirement is mandatory under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Nurtar strictly enforces this requirement and will terminate any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age, with immediate forfeiture of any Balance.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is made available exclusively to individuals physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. Access from any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law is not permitted. By registering, you represent and warrant that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3.3 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
3.4 Identity Verification. Nurtar reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by Nurtar may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
3.5 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify Nurtar immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. Nurtar will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorized by you, except to the extent that such activity results directly from Nurtar's negligence or willful misconduct.
4.4 Suspicious Activity. Nurtar reserves the right to temporarily suspend your Account if we detect unusual or suspicious activity, pending investigation. We will notify you of any such suspension as soon as reasonably practicable.
5.1 Approved Payment Methods. Nurtar accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Nurtar reserves the right to add or remove approved payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso one hundred (₱100). Nurtar does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within the same business day of approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or for accounts subject to enhanced verification.
5.4 Withdrawal to Same Method. Nurtar applies a same-method withdrawal policy where technically feasible. Funds deposited via GCash will be returned to the same GCash account. Exceptions may be made at Nurtar's discretion where the original payment method is no longer available.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Nurtar does not apply currency conversion fees. Any conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. Nurtar is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. Nurtar reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.
6.1 General. Nurtar may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Nurtar reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
6.3 Abuse of Promotions. Nurtar reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit if Nurtar reasonably determines that a Player has abused the promotion, including by creating multiple Accounts, providing false information, or engaging in any form of bonus abuse or arbitrage.
6.4 Modification and Withdrawal. Nurtar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account in good faith.
7.1 Random Number Generation. All Games on the Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes. Game results are independent of previous results and cannot be predicted or influenced by any Player action beyond the placement of a Wager.
7.2 Return to Player. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each Game is published on the relevant game information page. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or Wager.
7.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a Game, Nurtar reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. Nurtar's decision in such matters is final.
7.4 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify Nurtar's support team within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. Nurtar will investigate and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe. All game logs are retained and constitute the definitive record of game outcomes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
9.1 Ownership. All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audiovisual materials, is the property of Nurtar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited License. Nurtar grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
9.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without Nurtar's prior written consent.
10.1 Platform Availability. Nurtar does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and circumstances beyond Nurtar's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Nurtar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.3 Cap on Liability. Nurtar's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Gaming Losses. Nurtar is not liable for any financial losses you incur as a result of gaming activity on the Platform. You acknowledge that gaming involves inherent financial risk and that all Wagers are placed at your own risk.
11.1 Commitment. Nurtar is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential for gaming-related harm. Nurtar provides a suite of responsible gaming tools to all Account holders, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion.
11.2 Self-Exclusion. Any Player may request self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting Nurtar's support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and result in the immediate suspension of the Player's Account for the duration of the exclusion period selected. During a self-exclusion period, Nurtar will not send promotional communications to the excluded Player.
11.3 Age Verification. Nurtar enforces strict age verification procedures to prevent access by persons under 21 years of age. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately terminated and any Balance forfeited.

12.1 Nurtar's Right to Suspend. Nurtar reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if Nurtar reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your Account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) you have provided false information; or (d) continued operation of your Account poses a risk to Nurtar, other Players, or third parties.
12.2 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your Account at any time by contacting Nurtar's support team. Upon closure, any remaining Balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect.
13.1 Right to Amend. Nurtar reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material, Nurtar will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendment taking effect.
13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
13.3 Current Version. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and Nurtar arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.
14.3 Regulatory Complaints. If you believe Nurtar has acted in breach of applicable gaming regulations, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR, the relevant regulatory authority for online gaming in the Philippines.
